How We Work
Engagements are part-time and advisory by design — typically one to two days per week over 3–6 months. We work alongside your leadership to set direction, unblock decisions, and build the right foundations.
We bring a technical perspective to leadership decisions and a leadership perspective to technical ones. Your team executes; we make sure they're building the right thing, the right way.
