Director of Engineering. Designed and built the back-office control plane for a MiFID II-regulated trading platform on Aeron Cluster — from system design through deployment. Led multiple teams across the platform, owned cloud infrastructure and DevOps, and drove the company-wide AI-assisted development initiative.
